A little more about the owner I'm a proud mom of two and wife to my high school sweetheart, juggling the joys of family life with running my business, Haus of Skin. My days are always full, whether cheering on my son at his baseball games, attending family gatherings, or simply unwinding at home with a good book. One of my greatest passions is fishing; there's something so serene about casting a line. Every year, my husband, son, and I make it a point to escape to the coast for a week of fishing and relaxation. In addition to fishing, I find solace in nurturing my collection of plants and delving into the pages of mysteries, thrillers, true crime, and fantasy novels. Our household is completed by our three beloved pets—a dog and two cats—who bring endless joy and laughter into our lives. I pride myself on being approachable and down-to-earth, always ready with a joke or a listening ear. I affectionately refer to myself as a 'crunchy mom,' embracing both the put-together moments and the more relaxed ones. Comfort is key for me, whether I'm on the go or welcoming clients into my spa. At Haus of Skin, I strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels at ease. There's no pressure to dress up, wear makeup, or style your hair—just come as you are. My spa is a judgment-free zone where authenticity is celebrated, and everyone is encouraged to be themselves.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing Haus of Skin for all your hair removal and skincare needs. I can't wait to help you achieve and maintain your skincare goals! To ensure each client gets a personalized and relaxed treatment, a few strict policies for ALL CLIENTS are laid out below. These policies are in place so every clients time, as well as the service provider's, is respected. Please take a moment to go through these policies before your appointment. I understand & agree to keep my card on file for booking future appointments, No call no show fees, online orders, or cancellation fees. I understand this information & I agree to these policies as listed: If running behind please message me as soon as you can, although, please be aware if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled, a 25% fee will be charged & appointment will be rescheduled to next available date & time. I understand things happen, and some cancellations are inevitable. If there is any reason you need to cancel, please contact me and provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. In the instance cancellations occur less than 24 hours, 50% of the services booked will be charged. Clients who No Show their appointments will be charged 50% of services booked. Any fees charged for rescheduling or canceled appointments do not go towards future appointments. No Show clients will also be required to prepay in full at booking of next appointment in order to receive any further services from Haus of Skin, Jazmin Hornbeck.
